Amazon wanted to be able to reach these staff members with the information they need in order to recommend Amazon products over their competitors. Amazon leveraged Totara Learn to launch Alexa Academy, creating a new learning environment delivering up-to-date, easily accessible, and bite-sized learning content. Key highlights include:

  Looking to evolve with the industry’s wide-spread digitalisation changes, Deloitte was able to leverage Totara Learn to provide their accountants with an engaging, impactful, and story-driven learning program. Key results include:

  • Increased engagement, achieving an 87% completion rate for 500 learners

  Reimagining the learning experience to increase engagement and drive brand affinity.

  Representing the creative ambition of the world’s largest technology company, Samsung wanted to build upon the success of Samsung Backstage by reimagining the experience from the ground up – delivering more engaging content and personalized experiences based on user needs, and ultimately driving brand affinity among retail staff in the UK. Totara Learn’s open-core and modular architecture allowed Samsung to provide bitesize content and progress tracking, enable intuitive navigation and IA, launch platform gamification, and improve communication through the notification center. Results include:

  • Reduction in online training costs of up to 40% for new product content launches
  • Increase of 18,000 active users from a database of 38,000 in the last 3 months
  • A 29% increase in quiz completions among all active users
