Representing the creative ambition of the world’s largest technology company, Samsung wanted to build upon the success of Samsung Backstage by reimagining the experience from the ground up – delivering more engaging content and personalized experiences based on user needs, and ultimately driving brand affinity among retail staff in the UK. Totara Learn’s open-core and modular architecture allowed Samsung to provide bitesize content and progress tracking, enable intuitive navigation and IA, launch platform gamification, and improve communication through the notification center.
